Back in October, I was voted as employee of the Month in my store and then went on to also be selected as the winner in my area also, which I was pretty excited about. We got brought on a fabulous day out back in December and our area team told us one of use would be selected as employee of the year for our region and that we would all be traveling to London for the awards! Despite not being the winner I was delighted to even have gotten as far as I did and the winner was definitely the perfect choice and did Ireland proud at the awards! 

So on Thursday, we all flew to London to support our winner and it was such an amazing 2 days and the awards ceremony was amazing!

Friday was really exciting and really opened up my mind to different thing's I can and might like to do in the future after college! We were split into different groups which was great as we got to meet people from stores all over the UK & Ireland! We also got to go to the showroom in London which was gorgeous!

We had some time on Saturday to do a little bit of exploring as our flight was not until the afternoon, we were going to go to Camden, one of my fav parts of London but by the time we were all up and had breakfast we kind of just ran out of time, but we did get a chance to go to the science museum in Kensington as it was just around the corner from the hotel. I have been before and it is great fun!
